Be Sure To Contact Your Insurance Carrier As Soon As Possible  

In the Event of a Water Loss: 

• Turn off the source of water.
• Eliminate as much water as possible.
  
• Wipe down excess water from wood furniture.
  
• Place aluminum foil or wood blocks between furniture legs & carpeting.
  
• Open drawers & cabinets for complete drying.
  
• Remove valuable paintings & art objects to a safe & dry area.
  
• Remove & prop up wet upholstered cushions for even drying.

In the Event of a Mold Loss:

• Do not disturb any visible mold found that would enable it to be airborne.
  
• Contain or close off any affected areas.
  
• Turn off any water sources that could still be affecting the damaged areas.
  
• Seal off any air duct work that seems to be damaged.
